Senior Account Manager – Insurance

Agency Incline is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Sales Team. This is a full-time position. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be an integral part of expanding our client sales efforts, with a focus on generating new business and increasing revenue in the Health, Medicare, Life/Final Expense, Home and Auto Insurance verticals.
This individual will primarily be responsible for identifying and developing new client partnerships, while managing existing accounts and creating strategies for revenue growth. Ideal candidates will be established in the insurance lead generation industry, be self-sufficient, methodical, quick learners, and possess great communication and negotiation skills.

What You’ll Do:
●       Generate new business and grow existing partnership opportunities and insurance agencies and carriers.  
●       No cold calling or pressure sales techniques – we use a consultative sales approach that is based on providing    mutual value to Agency Incline and our partners.
●       Communicate efficiently with colleagues.
●       Monitor, analyze and suggest improvements within our marketing channels.
