We are in an exciting time of growth, and looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our Sales Team!

As an Senior Sales Executive, you will help grow Agency Incline’s market share by engaging and selling our market-leading suite of solutions to new and existing enterprise customers consisting of Insurance agencies, brokers and carriers. This is an outside sales role where you will be  selling a suite of products to Mid Level and Enterprise sized Insurance clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing all phases of the sales life-cycle including prospecting and developing leads; occasional traveling to industry events and meetings with clients; developing value propositions; and contract negotiation and closing.
  • Effectively manage your book of business by developing accurate forecasts and manage sales activity in CRM.
  • Identify and engage the right prospects to drive consensus for deals; works cooperatively with internal team for deal success
  • Focus on New business acquisition, cross selling, up-selling and retaining existing accounts.
  • Establishing an executable strategy which includes leveraging your existing business relationships and personal networks to generate sales leads for your pipeline.

Preferred Qualifications We’re Looking For:

  • Sales Experience ideally in Insurance Products
  • Experience selling products to C level execs.
  • Experience or a strong familiarity with the marketing technology industry.
  • Experience prospecting enterprise-scale organizations while effectively engaging initial points of entry and quickly navigating the conversation to key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of being a top performer within a leads and technology sales organization.
  • Track record of exceeding goals involving large, enterprise deals (e.g. $1M+ annual quota).
  • Ability to travel as necessary to client sites and industry events.
  • Ability to work as a virtual employee from a home office if you are not located in the Fort Lauderdale area. If working as a virtual employee, the ability to travel to Agency Incline’s HQ in Fort Lauderdale for occasional company events and training.
  • We’re located in Coral Springs FL!! We are very excited and proud of our state of the art office building located in the Heart of Coral Springs. Our office is near many local businesses and restaurants.
